Oomnisphere 2 or arturia v collection 52/20/2023 ![]() I suspect that if you had Falcon and a lot of UVI synths, the result might be "better" than Syntronik.Īs for Omnisphere, I've never thought to compare it to compendiums of classic synths or Kontakt sample libraries. I love the few UVI synths I own and wish I had more. I LOVE Syntronik for the Multis and the effects. I haven't had much love for the sound of most Arturia models. Thanks I have v-collection 6 but I often wonder about how syntronik stands up within the context of it being samples. Definitely great sounds in each, but if I had a need for them, I'd probably go for UVI over Syntronik, as it's a more extensive collection (though more costly) Syntronik is closer to UVI Vault 2, as a sample player with relatively limited tweakability. V collection 6 happens to be my favorite PC synth collection, just ahead of the ones that came with NI Komplete 11 standard. Not comparable to Arturia V collection IMO, which are all incredibly powerful software recreations of the synths, infinitely tweakable as such. Maybe they'll just let you buy them in said: So if IK introduces these other synths for iOS, it won't be cheap. I paid $100 for the original Syntronik in the prebuy offer and this is $100 for an upgrade. It features 108 instrument presets, 400MB, over 2,000 samples. Modulum: Analog modular drums and percussion created with interconnected Modular Moog®, EMS VCS3 and Alesis® Andromeda synths. It features 106 instrument presets, 3GB, over 7,000 samples. VCF3: IK's take on the British tabletop modular, the EMS VCS3 from the UK. It features 100 instrument presets, 4GB, over 3,000 samples. M-Poly: Based on Korg's Mono/Poly and Polysix. It features 100 instrument presets, 4GB, over 5,000 samples. SH-V: Based on two highly-stylized two oscillator Roland® monosynths, the SH-5 and SH-2 from Japan. It features 148 instrument presets, 5GB, over 6,000 samples. Memory-V: IK's take on the legendary Memorymoog 6-voice, 18-oscillator analog polysynth from the USA. And perhaps you could include Model 15 too, as it is certainly a "Modular Moog." Interestingly, some of these new synths already exist in iOS, including Mono/Poly and Polysix, and VCS3. Syntronik Deluxe adds 500 new instrument presets, 18GB of new sounds, and more than 22,000 new samples for a new total of 22 synths, 2,600 instrument presets, 80GB of sound content and more than 120,000 samples.
